To live a time when a penny is a penny, to seek the good sense and the honesty at the people, to try to settle things by the diplomatic way rather than by an absurd reasoning, in short to be intelligent and human! All these things, all these notions are superbly flouted by this agency, incredible stupidity.
It is likely that the manager himself will provide the oil (not the coffee) to his employees! You will find there only robots well nested between the furniture. Listen to the tenant? no, answer taking into account the remarks? no more, to question himself? especially not. I have never seen that in my life and yet the binary I know is myself in the computer world. I can easily say that I worked on computers with more humanity in them than these people.
A human detachment as pronounced and exacerbated in employees is just bewildering, yes Mrs. Imbert you are concerned at the top of the list by these remarks, no offense to the coldness that characterizes you so much. This haughty tone, as much as your acid remarks are very bad manners, they can make you pedantic and hateful in a telephone conversation, very strong!
Thus introduced is rather the heart of the subject of this notorious outlet but nevertheless useful for me as for all of our fellow citizens. When, earlier, during the four years of leasing at Interimob, you had made errors in the adjustment of charges resulting from overcharging on your part; they were noticed by me, and as a result a status quo after regularization. So today I can not help but reconsider the mistake I made by breaking my mailbox key. This had to cause to replace all the box and to go from an invoice of 8 to 120 euros. Fortunately it was the key to the mailbox, imagine a little if it had been the key to apartment ... Truce jokes without any request for replacement or explanation other than a beautiful invoice (decidedly if there is well something or you are efficient and prompt it's billing!) this gesture is really shameful and extreme. My thinking leads me later to the next question, how would you react to my place in one of the mishaps or wrongdoing mentioned above, so I can not help but imagine my head up a fork on smile on the corner of the lips.
You belong to a strange kind of lady, as well as all those people around you, your agency has bad manners and I think it is important that all know it. Even if you have lost faith and hope is no more than a vague distant idea in your mind, you should not make it a generality, you can treat people with politeness and common sense without sadly having to live like it would seem that it persists on you and that you must make it pay to the whole earth; this vileness to which you seem to take pleasure since it seems that I am not the only person to complain about it will not bring you anything good, I hope you will hear it.
