Lorac Property Management and the owner Carol Holley have been extremely helpful and professional in managing our property. Our family had been managing the house ourselves and ran into problematic issues with a long term tenant last winter. This motivated us to interview and hire a property management company. We went with Lorac because of Carol's mastery of the Virginia tenant's and landlord laws as well as her proactive and evenhanded approach to managing properties. Carol helped us with the existing problem tenant and gave us quite a lot of education regarding tenants and landlord rights. Once the property was empty, Lorac worked hard to get the house prepared and rented. Now that Lorac is managing the house any problems are swiftly dealt with and my family and I can sleep better at night. I highly recommend Carol and her crew!
