Shawn worked to get us what we wanted and when we told him we wanted to drive away in our terrain that night he did everything he could to make that happen. A couple days after we bought our terrain we noticed the front tire was leaking air. Shawn booked us into service and took care of everything. We will definitely be going back for future vehicles.
