I bought a used Camry, after I signed the paperwork and they gave me my keys they only gave me one key. I questioned about getting 2 keys, which I have always received with every used car I have bought. Micheal, said he would get it fixed, even if he had to pay for the spare key and would call me back that day. After waiting 1.5 wks for him to call me back, I ended up calling him, which his response is we don't supply 2 keys, you can buy one for $180. When questioned about his previous statement about ensuring I got a spare and calling me back his response is "you can purchase one if you would like, but I'm busy with Toyotathon" So based on this, I wouldn't recommend Toyota of Abilene because its obvious from the salesman response they are more concerned with sales than customer service. I know I won't purchase a vehicle from this car lot again, and don't recommend it to anyone else that feels customer service is important.
