I am a customer of Burnett Oil CO INC and I have to say they have provided an average experience. The website burnettoil.com is easy to navigate and find relevant information. However, I feel that their customer service could be improved. I had some issues with a recent order and it took longer than expected to get a resolution. Overall, I would rate them as average.
