I phoned to book an appointment for a tour around the gym. I arrived the following day one minute after the appointment time, for which I apologised and the staff member at the front desk said it was fine.

I did not expect to wait until 10:57 before a member of staff came over and said "You alright, mate?"
When I politely said I was not very happy having to wait almost half-an-half for a simple tour, his reply was "I don't officially start work for another 3 minutes."

I took one look at him, said thank but no thank you. Not the best of first impressions. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
