I have moved out of town, so drove 2 and a half hours to get my brakes checked. EVERY person there was SO thoughtful, helpful and greeted me with energy to try to assist me with my needs. I ordered a part unrelated to the brake replacement. I made an appointment to replace the brakes just days later. They offered me a loaner car; I did not have to ask! My service rep, Paul Newman sent me email updates and called me twice with updates. What an impressive team. As a retired flight attendant, I respect businesses who organize their employees to provide the best service possible. This dealership is AMAZING. I will never go anywhere else. It s SO worth the drive!
