I was very satisfied with my service experience at Capital Ford on my last visit. Mr. Moyer was very pleasant, and professional.
Had they offered or supplied me a loaner vehicle earlier, I would have rated them with five (5) STARS. As, it stands they get 4 1/2 Stars. I take responsibility for the other 1/2 Star. However, I would use Capital Ford to service my vehicle in the future.
