So, I picked up my new to me pup yesterday from Carolina Coach & Marine in Claremont, N.C. with 3 hiccups in the delivery that were worked out. The big thing to mention is that they, without being asked and a surprise to me, had replaced the existing one battery with two new Interstate Deep Cell RV batteries at no charge. It more than made up for the third hiccup. I did let Kenny (5 stars) know of my displeasure of the hiccups with a professional demeanor and he remained calm and a gentleman. I know it was a sales transaction, but my purchase was not a big one and he and the staff treated me with respect. This shows that we all CAN get along and be good to each other.
