The "high end" sectional I purchased from scott shuptrine in Grosse Pointe has peeling leather. For the longest time we noticed the leather die coming off changing the colors dramatically on the cushions. However around 2 or so years after purchase I noticed a corner cushion that is rarely used had "leather" peeling off like it was a sticker.

After multiple emails and calls and a couple months of run around the manufacturer's service representative final told me there is nothing they are willing to do and we will need to pay someone to repair this. This furniture is not worth the money they charge. The company does not stand behind its product.
