It's actually funny reading these terrible reviews about discrimination and mistreatment, and the hiring process lol. My hiring process was pretty decent I applied one day and then called them that same day to let them know I put in an application and had an interview the very next day. I showed up to the interview baby hairs laid, lashes on, and visible hand tattoos so that whole "they take one look and judge you" bias is false because if that was the case I probably wouldn't be hired lol. They were very kind when I showed up and offered coffee and water. Even Olga (the founder) was nice and greeted me.
Granted the interview was 3 hours long due to the assessments but I personally feel those were refreshing to do, and not too much to think about. I also had to walk 18mins to another location that I now work at by myself. Which I definitely enjoy. The security and office management are so helpful and nice. My experience so far has been pretty smooth and I really cant complain. This is the easiest job I've had so far and I have nothing but love for the people I work with and everyone at HQ, they've been so kind and considerate and always check up to see how I'm doing. So yes, I WOULD recommend this job to people who like receptionist work. Sorry everyone else had a bad experience though!! :( Mine was great lol easy.
