I am not rating the rooms as I have not stayed there but ate there and played there, both always meeting or exceeding my expectations. Our recent visit to the Eiffel Tower Restaurant was for brunch and we were blown away. It was surprisingly cheap compared to our expectations (probably dinner is more in line with its Michelin rating) but exceeded them in terms of food. Not only superbly presented and plated, but also creative (one of the best foie gras i have ever had ....and I am French...) and delicious. Their brunch bottle mimosa with different flavors was great as well. And of course the view....ahhhh the view of the Bellagio fountains is unbeatable.
Recommend highly.
As for the gaming area, I played at some of their slots and found them not too tight so managed to play a while without getting ruined. A very pleasant experience.
The architecture all around is just awesome, the Check-in lobby for the hotel is superbe, the little French looking streets very cute and there are a lot of details everywhere that made you see how much thinking went into this place, just love it.
