We brought my 2016 A6 in for routine care for 35,000 miles and oil change. We were also needing new tires and an alignment which of course was very expensive. Once home we noticed the car still pulled a little to the right so the next week they quickly got us back in. Kirks (service advisor) was so accommodating and helpful. He got us a loaner car and worked with us the next day to have someone pick the loaner car up and deliver our car back to us. Because of the inconvenience of coming back a second time he also had our car (which was close to empty) filled back up no charge. The car seems to be working fine now as well.
