Was having lunch today at Asia Restaurant and had a bad experience that made me wouldn't come back to this restaurant anymore. Actually food were good, even tough lack of variety. Chef in charge was polite and helpful. HOWEVER, the fnb server lack of initiative although they are quick and good and especially the RECEPTIONIST were so bad. I am not sure are they lacked of training or what. They are so impolite and unprofessional (Asia Receptionist) And dont have initiative at all.

No greetings, no smile, and not showing the criteria of hotelier at all. The server needed to be asked few times for just refill our water. They actually quite good but lacked of initiative and smile.

I am actually a little bit shocked when the cashier approaches me without saying excuse to us while I am in the middle of discussion with my friends. He didn't show me the bill at all and just asked for my creditcard. I assume he's quite busy. when he return the card,he asked me to signed it and just left. he suddenly return to our table and without showing apologize he asked me to show him my sales draft and creditcard and only saying the he wrongly charged my creditcard. At least he did explained the matter to me. My friend did a little joke to him saying that "youre lucky that my friend hasn't left yer" he then say sorry. I appreciate it. But, when he return to our table, I asked him to help me take pictures, he just take one picture and then just left without saying anything. Quite dissapointed but I tried to think that he might be busy.

Overall it's not bad experience. But the receptionist at Asia's close my meal with a bad experience. When I step out from Asia, I saw they are chatting and playing with their phones. Then I asked one lady to help me taking pictures at the christmas tree. She use only ONEHAND to taking picture without saying anything and then just pressed the button of my phone really quick.and what make me pissed off is she showed me that lazy-face and not so interested face. The pictures were blur and so bad. I know maybe its troublesome to help your guests taking picture but.. really? Did a hotelier have that kind of attitude and body language? Plus I know they are just talking to each other, not in a busy situation or doing some work. Sigh. Such a bad experience at Asia because of that lady at Asia. Worst attitude i've ever seen for a hotelier.

I assume the manager should be on off duty since all their staff just chatting with each other and dont bother to just saying thankyou or any words to their customer.

On my way to the lobby, I met the gro in charge that day, at least she's polite and humble. Give additional stars because of her.
