Go to the truck center and ask for those three people, I can't remember the finance lady's name but they will work with you and get it done. My wife and I are very happy with our 2012 dodge caravan. Also we visited other Vancouver dealers before buying here, not sleazy sales people with closing lines pressuringyou to buy,people like Bobby and Tim make the radio ads right Believe in Nice, ask for Bobby he works for Tim Rock.
