I bought a home having a Martin garage door. I have had nothing but problems. I paid for them to come fix by reprogramming the unit. Seven months later again my garage door wouldn t shut. Agent came and again reprogrammed it but on top of the 42 $ service charge just for a service call I was shared an extra 50$ for working on it ... it took him 5 min.!!!! Well today, this not so wonderful garage door is having the exact same problem. I called wanting to speak to the owner. But it rang only to his voice mail. I called again and asked the receptionist to find him . She hung up and was blocked from getting through. Their business responsibilities to the public are very much lacking.
Don t be sorry ... go with a mor reputable company.
