I was very disappointed at the lack of info I was given. I was the last patient of the day and had a sprained ankle. They told me nothing about wearing a shoe the same height as the boot heel I was given. I ended up with knee and hip pain that could have been avoided. They explained nothing about what happens with a sprain and how to treat it. It was obvious they wanted to go home that night.
