Rebecca, who showed me my new C-Max, was amazing, great customer service and very friendly. Johnny, who was the sales person handling my purchase, talked fast, gave me a great deal, and was extremely helpful when my new keys had gone missing (my family's mistake!). I felt like I was in a whirlwind at Sound Ford, but everyone was kind and I would recommend them to my friends and family, thus I am recommending them to you!
