I feel that cps is just a monopoly and a scheme of sorts.They have been taking soo much money from me and still owe half the bill of 600 on a payment plan wich started in Marc and here we are the following year and I can do anything but just keep paying because I have no choice and no rights.What do you do? Media? Lawyer? News people? Tell me please.
