I stumbled upon Katie Hosford as a realtor through a cold call. She happened to be the agent on call that weekend afternoon. What a God send! We absolutely LOVED her. She was super attentive to our needs and really got to know what our family needed in a new home. She was quick to respond to any of our concerns and questions. And she found us a lovely home within a few weeks. She was knowledgeable about the buying process and kept us on track for a smooth transition into our new home. And she went above and beyond to help line up contractors for the renovations in our new home. I can t say enough positive things about Katie Hosford. I felt like I was her only client. She also helped my daughter purchase a new home within a month after our sale- so obviously I don t have any hesitatation in recommending her to anyone.
