Friend of mine had a BAD experience here with the service department here. Seems the problem they diagnosed was not even related to the new water pump they were trying to make her buy, bit the heating and cooling system after taking her for $120 for a faulty diagnostics test. Also, service person was saying "metal-on-metal" brakes for a vehicle that had just had the brakes FULLY repaired 2 weeks prior. Be cautious about taking vehicles in for repair if you are like myself and have little mechanical knowledge. 2nd opinions save $$$.
