Super rude, I called regarding oil change and tire rotation and told them i had coupon and they did said they will apply it, when I was paying my bill I did notice its over, when back and he mentioned that he will apply the coupon wgat he did he apply 5 dollars off only without explaining anything and said you are set when I came back to him he was very rude as am the one who is in fault not him, very bad customer service from Mark Hentschel
Will never come back.

The service manager called me after my review and he apologized regarding what his employee behavior which I think is a giod intention and service to follow up with your customers so I decided to revisit this branch for next oil change before making final decision, will increase my review from one to 3 starts for this regards, and will update my post after next visit
