Low pay.. Ozark pays 17.50 per hour and offers overtime, but good luck getting hours. They will make sure to give you Jonesboro, AR or Jackson, TN which is less than 8 hours per day.
They got it all figured out on how much money a driver will make per week. Insurance is to high for the amount of money they are willing to pay. On average I make 700 dollars and less take home. I just made 433 dollars take home with four days of work. There is way to much responsibility driving a truck with this type of money being payed. Im better off filing for unemployment until a better job comes along. Truck driving is nothing like it used to be. It's just not worth the risk anymore. I hope they fire me.
