Had an excellent time here. This is a beautiful hotel located in the mountains overlooking Banff - definitely splurge for a room with a mountain view, as it's well worth it.

The staff here were incredibly cordial and polite - they really went out of their way to provide exceptional service, so kudos to all of them.

I was a big fan of the facilities - the hotel room was tastefully decorated and plenty roomy. There is a pool and hot tub area that features a sauna, as well as a very well-equipped fitness centre; very rarely do I come across a hotel gym with a squat rack.

To add to everything, this hotel is a quick walk away from the lovely Banff Upper Hot Springs, the famous Gondola, and the Sulphur Mountain hike! All in all an amazing location that i would happily stay at again.
