Made a booking with Waldorf for a 3 night stay at Panorama River View. The view was definitely amazing. It was my wife Birthday and the service department specially decorated the room with balloons after conversation via emails. There's a special plate of birthday cheese cake for my wife. It was a real surprise. Special thanks to Mei Li for arranging the details. Service was excellent for the lobby staff too. Thumbs up for a remarkable experience given to their customers.

A place worth coming back and I'll truly recommend to the others.

Location is convenience. Yu Garden was 10mins walk away from the hotel. The bund is directly opposite. What could you ask for more? Famous michelin restaurants were just walking distance away. Walk around the area and you have lots of IG photo backgrounds.
