Time and time again they have helped me, in person or over the telephone. My last occasion to call
TQ answered the phone, on a Friday afternoon, 30 minutes before closing, stayed on the telephone with me until I got my IMAC backing up data. Can you do better than that? I recommend Charlotte Street Computers to anyone, anytime, for any reason.
