The service should not be evaluated based on the number of daily trips but in relation to the influx of the public. In this sense the service should be evaluated mainly during peak hours. From this point of view the Trenord service offered, including not only what happens on trains but also logistics, various events and on / offline services, is from my point of view just less than sufficient.
