Just to be clear, I have never booked snow removal services from Kodiak.

The reason I'm writing this is because I contacted Kodiak to ask about snow plowing in Bells Corners. My question was responded to in real time through their live chat, which was amazing given half of the other companies I contacted never even bothered to get back to me (I'm talking about you Metro - total trash). Perhaps they were too busy with all of their September snow clearing jobs to come to the phone.

I was told that, unfortunately, Kodiak doesn't service Bells Corners, which is totally cool because it's hard to get anything here except Tim Hortons or a discount motel room. Two days later, I received an email from Kodiak with recommendations for several other snow clearing businesses that operate in the neighbourhood.

While I can't comment on Kodiak's snow clearing, I can say their front-end customer service is incredible. The extra time and effort they took to help me out was really impressive and appreciated.
