I was absolutely amazed again, by the response to a service call on Sunday September 30th to Boehmers. From Kiana, who took my call and acted immediately, to receiving a call back in less than five minutes and subsequently, Chris, who attended my residence (an hour later, due to distance) to resolve a heating problem with courtesy, knowledge and professionalism.
