I have been a loyal customer of Hall for many year...

I have been a loyal customer of Hall for many years. Bought several different vehicles. this will be my last vehicle i purchase from any hall store. My car was impounded because there are 2 VIN numbers associated with my car. apparently 2 of the same cars were sold in the same day and the VIN's got mixed up and DMV says Hall owns my car. I called my sales manager and he directed me to finance. finance told me they would either straighten out the issue and go pick up my car or give me something else to drive in the mean time. well then the GM called me back and told me the finance department does not have the right to make that decision and that it was not his job to get me back and forth to work.
i have never had any issues like this so whoever has the other car like mine, lookout! you are going to be without a vehicle and Hall wont do anything about their mistake
