I am disappointed with the SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I am disappointed with the SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I drove up to the service aisle and no one attended me!

I had to get out of my car and had to wait for a service adviser to finish attending another customer. The service adviser in the first stall on 5/28/19 didn't notice I was there AT ALL. He was just "TOO BUSY" with his work.

When I was done with my service, the service adviser just made me sign papers and didn't go through the process of checking my car. HE ALSO DID NOT CHECK MY TIRES. IN THE COMPUTER HE JUST PUT THAT THEY WERE IN AVERAGE SHAPE WITHOUT LOOKING AT THEM. I thought that was unprofessional.

Man I'm giving it another chance since I have Toyota Care but they need to step up their service.

GOTDAMN!
