Took me 30 mins to get my car. I waited 5 mins for...

Took me 30 mins to get my car. I waited 5 mins for someone to acknowledge my presence (horrible wait time...should I wait 5 mins at a restaurant to be acknowledged???). Upon waiting, I witness two elder gentlemen being disrespected by employees. They were talking down to them, and walking right past them, and being rude when conversing with them. I kept my cool and even helped one of the elder gentlemen. After my experience at gateway, I appreciate the dealership in Iowa I used to go to. Look it up- community Chevrolet in cedar falls Iowa. From one boss to another, do your job.
