I had maybe 4 interviews, I didn t get not 1 job I have a lot of experience so I didn t understand why,so I figured it was my interviews. My problem is I called two of the recruiters and emailed them to see if they had gotten any feedback regarding my interviews to see if the constructive criticism can help me for any future interviews .No call back or emails it s already hard to get a job I have a family and I really don t understand why a company would not want to return your email or call to help you.
