My initial dealing with DCH was with Mark Kamatoy (Internet Sales); such a statesman and very professional. He returned my calls, emailed my requests promptly. Was a great pleasure dealing with him. Actually this was my third dealing with Mark. He keeps bringing me back to this dealership (my third Honda purchase).
Mark then handed me over to Enrique Castaneta (Sales Consultant). Enrique was very friendly and detailed in explanations. He resolved all my issues and concerns and had me in and out of the dealership in a short period of time and in a new Honda Accord.
i will not hesitate to recommend DCH Honda to family and friends because i trust they will be treated the same way i was.
Good job and keep doing the right thing.
