We booked this company a few weeks ago for a child...

We booked this company a few weeks ago for a childcare centre in the northern beaches. I called a few days before to confirm the booking and see if they needed me to prep anything beforehand. The customer care service team said they would call me back and never did. I then called the National BDM and she apologised saying she would call me back straight away but then also never did. Booking was at 8 am this morning and no one showed up.

UPDATE:
Ash, the customer service manager got in touch with us and organised to have the technicians come out same weekend, free of charge. Dealing with her was great and has changed our perception from a one to a four star. Would deal with this company again. Hopefully after our next interaction, we can give a five star! :)
