I loved this company as a provider for a long time...

I loved this company as a provider for a long time but now I have moved house and this company is incapable of communicating between themselves and giving me a straight clear answer as to when I can be connected after being told twice on consecutive days after follow up that I would be connected in 24-48 hrs
Still no internet, no resolution after a week. They need to book a tecnician now and will come within a week not sure when
Not good enough... I ll be seeking another provider if this isn t resolved soon
