I've been here multiple times to donate. Staff were always kind to us, and we got our family cat here. He is great and sweet, but when we first got him he had a bladder problem that we didn't know about. It caused him to pee randomly and we almost had to give him up. Also the kitten area (At the time of our adoption) could have been a little cleaner, but it was okay. In my opinion the adoption process didn't take long, and the two kitten policy is pretty good and fair. I really like this place, and if I can I will adopt again!
