You can reach it quickly via the Abbasiya metro, and you can walk 10 minutes.
Or if you take a bus and don't go to the college, keep going down the square and walk for a little while to the college gate.
Take note that the College of Engineering is separate from the College Complex. It is located in Abdo Basha, a quarter of an hour away from the college, if you are going to walk.
