I went in as a brunette and wanted to go gray. Not...

I went in as a brunette and wanted to go gray. Not being a professional I didn t know what it would take to get there so I trusted that Tori (being a professional) would be clear but she wasn t. Instead I left with a 380 dollar bill for color correction and NOTHING like what I wanted. To top it off within two weeks my hair was all kinds of colors and brassy and thinned our due to breakage. It was a nightmare. Going to another salon (and someone who knew her well) I found out that wanting to go gray from brown should have been done in stages to maintain the integrity of my hair and that she charged me for something I didn t actually have done. Personally if a colorist can t have the conversation with me about what it takes to get what i want and then proceeds to literally KILL hair AND overcharge me?! You deserve to have your name put out there as a warning to others. Worst experience I ve EVER had in a salon and my hair is feeling it.
