This has got to be the worst customer service in h...

This has got to be the worst customer service in history. Never received a reminder call or text for my appointment towards late May. Then I was called 25 minutes into my appointment time asking if I m coming. Hmm...by the time I get in my car and drive that way the hour will be up. Maybe this call would have been better conducted prior. Apparently they can t give me a reminder call before the appointment anymore but can call me half way into it...ok. Then they tell me I am going to be penalized for not showing up. Great. Then they call me to tell me the same therapist has an open time slot later the same day about 3. She books it then calls me back an hour or more later to tell me that the therapist now has to leave and I am being cancelled on. Where is my compensation for this? It s not a one way road- you ding me if I cancel, but the customer is at the short end of the stick if your therapist cancels same day. And I can tell you that this has happened multiple times in the 12+ years that I ve been a member. Asked front desk staff (Kathleen) multiple times for their manager to contact me. In the course of five plus weeks and never heard from them- no voicemail, nothing. Was there last week and advised it must have slipped her mind- yes I am sure it did as she probably didn t even want to get in trouble nor does she have the slightest customer service training. Where do you hire these individuals from?

My recommendation is don't go here. Worst service ever after being a member before this location even opened. My membership originated at another location before Gleannloch even opened their doors. Cancelled my membership after being a paying member for over 12+ years. That should tell you something.

Hey ME Corporate- if you are reading this or reading my email sent to guest relations
please see other reviews mentioning the same people in Yelp that there are issues with. Multiple people complaining about the same people is = to problems with the way your business is being run. Take it as a hint there is something wrong. When you have customers that have been paying this long leaving, you ve got issues.
