Our family attended an open house that this company was trying to rent. We asked about several details that pertained to the house. The person in charge was new thus many questions were not answered, neither at the location nor with several follow up calls. All of which were the standard 'I'll have to get back to you.' Meanwhile we found a suitable location in Morro Bay. The most interesting part of the story is this; they wanted to run a credit check on all over the age of 18, I said: "why, they're not paying?" It was their policy so we complied. Now you would assume that they would run my credit and my wife's, and maybe a background check on my son I assume, but they ran mine and my sons which he has no credit because he never had a job in his life, thus a N/A fico score. At the time my score was 691, and I didn't have enough credit history. Im nearly 50, owned several brand new vehicles, owned two homes one I built my self, and debt free. But no credit history, lol. The aforementioned details are of my own experience.
