We have booked a parking space on the parking deck and the parking spaces are so narrow that I could only get out on the passenger side with help.
Then we were told that we could move into our room around 4 p.m. and we didn't get in until 3 / 4h later, which wasn't that bad.
The room including furnishings seems to be from 1950 or so, the mattress worn out and the minibar without function.
Shower is also extremely ridiculous for a 5 star hotel, a shower in the bathtub? Without a real shower head and then the bathroom gets completely wet from the side.
Half-board menu also only for people who want to eat but also without hunger, even smaller portions don't work or what?
You are not taken into account for this, only the people who pay directly.
So the person who really gave this "5 star hotel" a 5 star rating would be terminated immediately and without warning. Would maybe give 3 stars, if that
