The room was lovely as usual and the meal at The restuarant was fantastic. The only problem we have is that I am a priviledge card holder and you are never told what you are entitled too. We have stayed here lots of times and just found out that you are entitled to a 1300pm checkout and a complimentry drink. You should be told this when you check in
