John was friendly and knowledgeable about the different vehicles I was interested in. I went in looking at the Trax and left with an Equinox. He went over all the the bells and whistles. Setup my Onstar, GM apps, radio stations.. John, Kelly and Jenn were all so friendly. They made me feel like I was more then just another sale..
