Service Tech Richie Rimer came to my house for an Air Conditioning Tune-up. I am rating him a 5 star because he demonstrated his expertise by explaining in layman's terms the condition of my air conditioner and furnace.This was very helpful. I will say the company has scheduling problems because they were scheduled to send someone out to my residence yesterday during a time window but did not do so. I had to call them back and reschedule them for today. So, I rate their scheduling system as a 2 star.
