I used the Internet sales department and was suprises when I received personal video Tommy Nguyen (Win). He listened to what I was looking for in a SUV, and was very upfront with their prices. He broke all the fees down and explained everything that i was going to be paying for which made me feel at ease. I like how he quickly respond to most to my emails even though we went back-and-forth for a while on finding the right options and trim for my price point. Ultimately I feel like we found a good price sweet spot for everyone. Definitely got a nice deal for a 2020. Finally when I came down to pick up the car everything was exactly as we discussed. This car has a lot of features, and he took the time to explain all of them to me and my wife. Even the owner John Barr came out and took some pictures with the family. I Really appreciate the GM taking the time to do that. I will recommend Findlay Toyota to my friends. A solid car buying experience.
