It was terrible, there were so many problems, which are listed in a petition that I will bring to justice. As I said in the title, our stay at this hotel destroyed my family's vacation, we had many problems. The breakfast is chaos, everything is missing, the tables live dirty, the containers dirty, everything horrible, the first day I asked for cutlery to one of the clerks she left me cursing near the people turned the coast and left, another day I recorded a video with another saying that they have already asked the Hotel for more employees, but the hotel does nothing, on the second day we do not even spend in the cafe, at the last we went down just to have a coffee to travel, and my boy had intestinal problems the whole trip, I took a photo , the milk was spoiled, in short, the coffee is a total disrespect to the customer. The room had mold, broken door at risk of mostly child injury, completely dirty mattress, virtually unusable, shower dripping all night, total disaster. On the first day they missed our room, when we arrived at the hotel, and they sent us to the 4th floor, my wife was with my son in her lap and had several suitcases, I loaded everything by myself, to complete, we arrived in the room it was not a triple that I had closed , I went down and after waiting a lot I was told that the room was on the 15th floor, and to my dissatisfaction, I had to take everything alone, with my son asleep, a total disrespect. The internet did not work any day, which fortifies the charge of misleading advertising, the television only operated one channel, the rest was locked. There are a few other problems, it was a total disaster. From all that I have mentioned, I have videos and photos to prove, I am filing a lawsuit against the hotel and the andrade network, and I will include a complaint in procon as well. I only know that I will go to the last consequences and legal possibilities to be compensated for all this disrespect and prejudice.
