My Review of Capital Ford of Raleigh:
I gave an excellent rating for this dealership because before talking with Wiley Bass I had visited a local dealership and had a horrible impression and my dad told me that's just how dealerships work. i went into the local dealership because I had seen good prices online for a brand new ford escape. When I got there they said the ones that I had seen online were sold. Then they tried to pressure me into buying the most expensive one on the lot. When Wiley contacted me he took into consideration the color I wanted the package and most importantly the price I needed! He offered me such a great price and looked for days at all the dealerships in the area to find me the color and interior I wanted. He worked very hard for the sale and I was more than willing to drive 2 1/2 hours to buy from him and from Capital Ford!
