I ve already left a bad review a few months ago. Just thought I d follow up on that and confirm that they are STIll INDEED the worst company ever, and I curse myself everyday that I am their customer. You shouldn t give us an email to reach out to a supervisor. A GOOD supervisor would reach out personally to their paying customers and take care of their concerns.

I received no help over my issue over the holidays and was penalized over a payment that WAS NOT LATE due to an expired card number. Called to pay over the phone the day it was due, and there was already a fee attached to my bill that same day. Melanie would not help resolve after I called twice. As mentioned before, holidays are hard, and thanks to her and this company in general, my holidays were even more stressful financially.
