Don t send you re child here. My daughter has been here for 5 days. Monday they left a message saying they needed to speak to me about medication. I ve been calling for 4 days and have yet to hear from anyone. They just keep telling me they will give the message. My daughter has been inpatient before I know this is not the way things are done. If you re thinking about services here don t. The staff seems nice on the unit but I ve never seen anything so disorganized and detrimental to my daughters mental health. At this point I don t even feel like she s safe there because of the lack of proper care. I don t know if they are short staffed or what but it s unacceptable. I m about to start calling regulatory offices and my insurance company to try to get her transferred somewhere else. I can t even reach the patient advocate .
